I hereby submit, for your consideration and approval, the following resident committee appointments.
DISABILITY RIGHTS COMMISSION
KRISTEN E. LUPPINO (2nd A.D.) - appoint to the position of Adult City Resident. Ms. Luppino is a special education program support teacher with the Madison Metropolitan School District. She is a member of the policy and advocacy council with the Division for Early Childhood of the Council for Exceptional Children (DEC-CEC). Ms. Luppino succeeds Allison L. Miller.

OVERTURE COMMUNITY ADVISORY BOARD
SARAH B. KARLEN (3rd A.D.) - appoint to the position of City Appointee. Ms. Karlen is the Arts Pastor at City Church and the drama teacher/director at Abundant Life Christian School. She has worked with many local community theatre groups such as Children’s Theatre of Madison, Madison College and Madison Theatre Guild. Through her church, she has volunteered with several non-profits including The Road Home and the River Food Pantry. Ms. Karlen succeeds Mary C. Carbine.

URBAN FORESTRY TASK FORCE
JULIE A. LAUNDRIE (13th A.D.) - appoint to the position of Resident. Ms. Laundrie is a legislative aide for Senator Jon Erpenbach. She has been a member of the Heritage Heights and Greenbush neighborhood associations and serves on the board of the Madison West Athletic Booster Association. Ms. Laundrie succeeds Sean M. Gere.
