RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Secret Places at Siggelkow Preserve - Phase 2, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility's General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than June 19, 2008 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
