Approving Plans and Specifications for Mineral Point Road at Owen Drive Intersection Improvement. (11th AD)

PREAMBLE
The City of Madison has received federal funds to construct a median pedestrian refuge island at the intersection of Mineral Point Road and Owen Drive. The project has been approved for federal funding covering 100% of the cost of design and construction. The City is eligible for reimbursement up to the maximum cap of $145,325.
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Mineral Point Road at Owen Drive Intersection Improvement be and are hereby approved
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways
