RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Eagle Crest Subdivision, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than January 7, 2009 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
