Title
Approving a "Minor" Change to Amend the Environmental Corridor within the Central Urban Service Area of Dane County for the property of 5513 Femrite Drive (et al). 16th Ald. Dist.
Body
5513 Femrite Drive resides within the Central Urban Service Area and includes a wetland on portions of the lot.  This development also includes addresses of 5501 Femrite Drive and 3351 Marsh Road.  Present setback policy requires a buffer of 75-feet from paved surface or building, to the edge of wetland.  This buffer assumes sheet flow from the pavement.  In the past, lesser buffers have been approved as "minor" changes to the Environmental Corridor when done in conjunction with a storm water management plan that protects the wetlands in an equal or similar manner.  The lot owner requests a buffer of 30-feet in conjunction with a storm water management plan as approved by the City Engineer.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, to hereby approve a "minor" change to amend the Environmental Corridor within the Central Urban Service Area of Dane County for the property of 5513 Femrite Drive (et al).
