Adopting and confirming Revision 265 of the Madison General Ordinances as of December 15, 2008 to incorporate the changes pursuant to Sec. 66.0103, Wis. Stats.

Body

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

All of Revision No. 265 of the Madison General Ordinances, as of December 15, 2008, incorporating the changes made by Ordinance Numbers ORD-08-00108 through ORD-08-00142 with the exception of ORD-08-00136 is hereby adopted in its entirety and Volumes I, II, III and IV as revised through December 15, 2008 be confirmed in all respects.  

Revision No. 265 is published in pamphlet form by direction of the Common Council of the City of Madison, in accordance with Section 66.0103, Wisconsin Statutes.
