Accepting street improvements constructed by private contract in Seventh Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase III, Private Contract No. 2035. (9th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, McKenzie 300 Corporation, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Madison Standard street improvements, including sidewalk:
River Birch Road from the west plat line to the southeast line of Lot 425 (existing street).
Blue Aster Trails from River Birch Road to the south line of Lot 416.
Fallen Leaf Drive from the southwest line of Lot 408 to River Birch Road (existing street).
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2035 $154,407.63 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the one-year guaranty shall have commenced on January 9, 2007.
