Approving Addendum No. 1 to the Subdivision Contract for Grandview Commons - Phase XIV, Contract No 2077.  (3rd AD)

Body

WHEREAS, on April 16, 2007, the developer, Premium Real Estate, LLC, had entered into a Subdivision Contract No. 2077 with the City of Madison and,

WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9)(d)(6)(d) of the Madison General Ordinances allows the City of Madison to reimburse the developer for the installation of the street adjacent to City owned land, and

WHEREAS, the Developer has request the City to install surface pavement in lieu of reimbursement for the installation of street adjacent to City owned land,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

1.      That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute Addendum No. 1 For  Grandview Commons - Phase XIV with Premium Real Estate, LLC, for the City to install surface pavement in an equivalent amount in lieu of reimbursing  for the installation of street adjacent to City owned lands as allowed under Section 16.23(9)(d)(6)(d) of the Madison General Ordinances.
