The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Paragraph 3314. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
 
"28.06(2)(a)3314.  The following described property attached from the Town of Madison and located at 2501-2509 Perry Street is hereby added to C2 General Commercial District:
 
All of Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map No. 4074 as recorded in Dane County Register of Deeds in Vol. 17, Page 94 of Certified Surveys except that part of Lot 2 taken for state highway purposes, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.   Said area contains 3.2 acres."
