Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Subdivision Contract for The American Family Hanson Addition, Contract No. 2047. (17th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, on August 1, 2005, the Developer, American Family Insurance Company, entered into a subdivision contract with the City of Madison, and;
WHEREAS, the coordination of the WDOT bridge project over I 39/00/94 at Portage Road necessitated a change to the project limits of the original subdivision contract, and,
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a water main extension and easement conveyance outside the original scope of the contract to serve their development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 1 to the Subdivision Contract for The American Family Hanson Addition, Contract No. 2047, Project No. 53B2047 with American Family Insurance Company.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside existing public fee title on easement right-of-way.
