Body

WHEREAS, Churchill Homes, LLC  c/o  Blayde Elert, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Diloretto Avenue from Vidon Drive easterly to the existing street.

Vidon Drive from Bellgrove Lane (existing street) northerly to the north plat line.

Sutteridge Trail from Vidon Drive to Westerfield Lane.

Westerfield Lane from Sutteridge Trail to Vidon Drive.

Pathway in the public access strip for Outlot 2, between Lots 93 and 94.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1977 $42,536.00 useful life of 40 years.
