Fiscal Note

Sufficient funds are available in the adopted 2006 Operating Budget to cover the  2.625% current year compensation cost increase associated with this labor agreement.  An additional 3% wage increase and special incentive pay provisions costing approximately .25% which become effective in 2007 will be incorporated into future year budgets.
