Fiscal Note
This resolution establishes a community supported (constructed) playground that will be in Wirth Court Park. KaBoom and Goodman Center will enter into a related agreement, and the City will simply accept the donation of the playground and agree to maintain it. The plan is for the City to share in the “community support” payment to KaBoom via Goodman. The total amount would be about $8,500, of which no more than $4,250 would be from the City. Funding is available in the Parks Division’s "People for Parks" Capital account (810400). No additional appropriation is required.
