Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Ice Age Falls, Phase I, Private Contract No. 1909. (7th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Madison Standard Street Improvements, including sidewalk:
- Interlaken Pass from the south plat line (existing street) to the northwest line of Lot 13.
-Crawling Stone Road from the south plat line (existing street) to the north line of Lot 33.
- Lindemann Trail from Crawling Stone Road to the east plat line (existing street)
Madison Standard Street Improvements, without sidewalk:
-Crawling Stone Circle from Crawling Stone Road to the northeast end.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1909 $47,577.00 useful of 40 years.
