The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

      Subdivision (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 3.54 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of "Personnel Services Manager" in Compensation Group 18, Range 16, and creating the classification of "Human Resources Services Manager" in Compensation Group 18, Range 17, thereof.
