The applicants are requesting that the Plan Commission modify their IDUP to allow them to pay their fee in lieu of providing affordable units in two installments. The development was originally approved on September 18, 2007 with a condition that the applicants pay $80,000 toward the Inclusionary Zoning Special Revenue Fund in lieu of providing on-site inclusionary dwelling units. The installments would provide $40,000 prior to final approval of the development plans and final plat and the remainder within one year.
