DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property within the Alliant Energy Center campus generally addressed as 34 Fairgrounds Drive from PR (Parks & Recreation) District to RMX (Regional Mixed-Use) District for future development. The remainder of the campus will remain in PR zoning.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00828 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00828. The following described property is hereby rezoned to RMX (Regional Mixed-Use) District.
Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 7 North, Range 9 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, fully described as follows:
Commencing at the West 1/4 Corner of said Section 25; thence S89°00'00"E, 1173.01 feet along the North line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 25; thence S01°00'00"W, 495.41 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of E Olin Avenue and the Point of Beginning; thence S45°07'57"W, 497.95 feet; thence S87°55'44"W, 73.82 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of Quann-Olin Parkway; thence Northerly 48.07 feet along said easterly right-of-way line, being the arc of a 407.86-foot radius curve to the left having a long chord which bears N05°26'50"W, 48.04 feet; thence N08°49'25"W, 277.78 feet along said easterly right-of-way line; thence Northerly 169.87 feet along said easterly right-of-way line, being the arc of a 341.83-foot radius curve to the right having a long chord which bears N05°24'45"E, 168.12 feet; thence N19°38'5...
