WHEREAS, Don Simon Homes, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Bradbury Road from the north plat line to Sandstone Drive
Bradbury Road from Sandstone Drive to Sta. 35+18.80
Sandstone Drive from the west line of Lot 90 (existing street) to the east plat line.
Maricopa Way from the north line of Lot 92 (existing street) to the west line of Lot 120 (existing street)
Bradbury Court from Bradbury Road to the east end.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1916 $49,800.00 useful life of 40 years.
