DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:   This ordinance rezones the Water Utility Administrative Office Parcel at 119 E. Olin Avenue so it is consistent with zoning of the surrounding area.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

 

1.                       Map Amendment 00562 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

 

“28.022-00562.  The following described property is hereby rezoned to PR (Parks and Recreation) District:

 

Lot 1, Certified Survey Map 10594, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 5.13 acres.”
