Resolved that Water Lateral Installation improvements in Seventh Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision - Phase II, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than September 20, 2006 to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
