This Employment Agreement establishes an annual initial year's salary of $123,827.60 beginning August 1, 2005. The Comptroller's Office 2005 Operating Budget includes $119,436 for this position. The difference for the five-month period is about $1,830 and will be absorbed by the Comptroller's Office.

Confirming the re-appointment of Mr. Dean Brasser to the position of City Comptroller subject to the approval and execution of a five-year Employment Agreement.
Body
WHEREAS, Mayor Cieslewicz has re-appointed Dean Brasser to the position of City Comptroller and has recommended to the Common Council that his re-appointment be confirmed; and
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Brasser;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. Brasser's re-appointment to the position of City Comptroller is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Brasser.
