Resolved that Water Main and Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Heather Glen Addition to the Crossing - Phase I, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $5,000 to expire not earlier than November 21, 2007, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
