Madison Parks staff proposes implementing a Goodman Pool Annual Pass Qualified Discount Program (QDP), as a pilot program for individual, family, and group discounts on annual passes to the Goodman Pool for the 2026 season. The program would replace the current process for receiving annual pass scholarships. The program will follow the QDP template that Parks has developed for discounts.
Shifting the annual pass scholarships to the QDP will allow Parks to better manage the equitable distribution of discounts and better ensure the discount value aligns with Parks Aquatic’s budget.
