Accepting bituminous surface pavement constructed by Private Contract in Western Addition to 1000 Oaks Phase 4 - Surface Paving, Private Contract No. 9222 (District 9)
Body
WHEREAS, VH1000 Oaks West, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Western Addition to 1000 Oaks Phase 4 - Surface Paving.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Blue Crane Run from E of Lot 395 to Sugar Maple Lane
• Sugar Maple Lane from 160 FT NW of Blue Crane to Blue Crane Run
• Sugar Maple Lane from Blue Crane Run to West Lot Line of Lot 470
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 14345 by $22,749.44 for a useful life of 40 years.
