Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Stone Crest Estates - Phase III, Private Contract No. 1800. 1st Ald. District.
Body
WHEREAS, Midtown Madison Corp. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Mica Road from the north line of Lot 97 (existing street) to Flagstone Drive.
Quartz Lane from Flagstone Drive to the north line of Lot 142.
Quartz Lane from Red Granite Road to the south line of Lot 155.
Dolomite Lane from Mica Road to the west line of Lot 98
Red Granite Road from Mica Road to the east plat line.
Red Granite Road from Mica Road to the point of curve on Lot 156.
Flagstone Drive from Station 6+35 (existing street) to the east plat line.
Curb return and pavement taper on Jeffy Trail adjacent to Outlot 6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on April 16, 2004.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1800 $40,606.18 useful life of 40 years.
