RESOLVED that Water Service Lateral Installation improvements in Tradewinds Business Centre, which have been completed, be and are hereby approved, and that the Water Utility General Manager be authorized to accept surety in the amount of $2,500 to expire not earlier than October 19, 2008, to ensure performance of the one-year guaranty period.
