Title
Repealing Section 9.13(6)(h)3.d. of the Madison General Ordinances to delete the vending fee exemption for persons sixty years of age or older.
Body
DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance eliminates the fee waiver for senior citizens (60 or over) with arts and crafts vending licenses.  The current annual fee for an arts and crafts vending license is $400.  There will continue to be arts and crafts vending sites reserved for senior citizen vendors, but they will be required to pay the full licensing fee.
