DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:   To change the zoning of properties located at 7227-7269 Manufacturers Drive and 3853 Anderson Road from IL (Industrial - Limited) District to IG (Industrial-General) District for the sale of City of Madison owned land to Lakeside Trucking who has agreed to purchase the land but cannot meet the IL zoning district design requirements.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
 
Map Amendment 00151 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to zone the following described property to the IG (Industrial-General) District:
 
Lots 28, 29, 30 and 32 of Interstate Commerce Park.   Said described area contains 10.93 acres.
