PREAMBLE

Pursuant to City Ordinances and Policies, the City Engineer advertised for consultant proposals, reviewed the submitted proposals, and recommended the contract be awarded to Topline Survey LLC.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Topline Survey LLC for surveying services entitled "2007 Street and Sewer Reconstruction Surveys".
