Body

WHEREAS, VH 1000 Oaks West, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Western Addition to 1000 Oaks Phase 3 - Surface Paving.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Sugar Maple Lane from W Lot Line of Lot 470 to Lady Bug Lane.

•                     Sugar Maple Lane from E Lot Line to Lot 454 to Lady Bug Lane.

•                     Lady Bug Lane from S Lot Line of Lot 441 to Sugar Maple Lane.

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13855 by $41,199.33 for a useful life of 40 years.
