BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City, a one-year contract with Capital Newspapers beginning June 1, 2016 and ending June 1, 2017.  Under this contract, the Wisconsin State Journal will publish the proceedings of the Common Council, Ordinances, Orders, and other official notices.  The rate of payment is based on the legal rate as provided in Wisconsin Statutes.
