Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Ice Age Falls, Phase III, Private Contract No. 1961. (7th AD)
Body
WHEREAS, IAF Development, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
Madison standard street improvements, including sidewalk:
South High Point Road from McKee Road northerly to Sta. 21+10.
Stratton Way from the west line of Lot 225 easterly to South High Point Road.
Winter Park Place from the north line of Lot 225 southerly then easterly to the end of the cul-de-sac.
Snowcap Trail from Winter Park Place southerly to the north line of Lot 166.
Madison standard concrete sidewalk on the north side of McKee Road from South High Point Road westerly to the west line of Lot 167
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No.53B1961, $24,167.00 useful of 40 years.
