Body

WHEREAS, a Public Works Emergency, per Wis. Stat. Section 62.15 (1b) was declared to replace the roof at Fire Station #6.

WHEREAS, the work has been completed by Ridgetop Roofing and the emergency no longer exists;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the emergency is hereby declared to be satisfied and is closed and the work is accepted as completed; and,

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the contractor, Ridgetop Roofing be paid in full in the amount of $21,000.00

BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the Public Works Emergency declared for Fire Station #6 is hereby terminated.
