Amending Section 28.084(3) of the Madison General Ordinances to eliminate the side yard setback requirement in the TE District.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This amendment will eliminate the side yard setback requirement in the Traditional Employment (TE) District, thus making it consistent with the same requirement in the Traditional Shopping Street (TSS) District.
