DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance changes the classification of Overture Center Director to Compensation Group 21, Range 21.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

Paragraph 2. of Subdivision (i) of Subsection (1) entitled "Basic Salary Schedules By Compensation Groups" of Section 3.38 entitled "Compensation Plan" of the Madison General Ordinances is amended by deleting the classification of "Overture Center Director" in Compensation Group 21, Range 20, and recreating said class in Compensation Group 21, Range 21, thereof.
