Body

WHEREAS, Sieger, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk and other public infrastructure improvements on Monroe Street, Regent Street and the public alley adjacent to the development.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 24, 2009.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2192 $50,181.00 useful life of 40 years.
