Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plan documents for necessary public improvements coinciding with a private developer contract. Costs to the City for the improvements are not to exceed $25,000 and are funded by GO Borrowing within the Reconstruction Streets via the adopted 2019 capital budget for Engineering Major Streets.

Body
WHEREAS, the developer, CGRD, LLC, has received the City of Madison's conditional approval for a Certified Survey Map at 6510 Cottage Grove Road, and,
WHEREAS, Section 16.23(9) of the Madison General Ordinances and the conditions of approval require the developer to install the public improvements necessary to serve the project; and,
WHEREAS, the developer received approval for the project on March 1, 2019 by Resolution RES-19-00137, File Number 54541; and,
WHEREAS, the City shall reimburse the developer, up to the statutory limit, for street improvements adjacent to Outlot 1; and,
WHEREAS, the Fiscal Note was incorrect in Resolution RES-19-00137, File Number 54541.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Contract For the Construction of Public Improvements that will be accepted by the City of Madison For Rodefeld Project - 6510 Cottage Grove Road, with CGRD, LLC.
2. That the plans and specifications for the public improvements necessary to serve the development are hereby approved.
