Body

WHEREAS, 401 North Third Street, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of curb and gutter, sidewalk, bike path,  and other public infrastructure improvements on North Third Street and Pennsylvania Avenue adjacent to the 401 North Third Street PUD.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said improvements be and are hereby accepted.  

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said improvements shall have commenced on November 19, 2007.

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B2067, $51,510.00 useful life of 40 years.
