Body

WHEREAS, Don Simon Homes, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Honeypie Drive from the south plat line to the north line of Lot 53 (existing street)

Penny Lane from the west line of Lot 44 (existing street) to Honeypie Drive

Hey Jude Lane from the south plat line to the north line of Lot 32 (existing street)

Day Tripper Drive from Hey Jude Lane to Honeypie Drive

Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B1917 $36,450.37 useful life of 40-years.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on May 1, 2005.
