Title

Body

WHEREAS, the existing waste transfer station is in need of repairs and the building structure is antiquated and new problems were discovered during demolition; and 

WHEREAS, the facility's offices, restrooms and locker rooms are insufficient to meet current needs and do not meet current building codes.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to amend an agreement with Strand & Associates, Inc. for Design/ Engineering Services for Olin Avenue Transfer Station. The consultant will be authorized to spend up to $200,000 with the existing time and materials contract.
