Body
WHEREAS, Bartell Limited Partnership has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Felland Road - Nelson Road northerly 550-feet+.
Ingress/egress improvements on Nelson Road at Felland Road.
Sidewalk on the north side of Nelson Road adjacent to Lot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 10355
Increase in street infrastructure value for project No. 53B1832 $181,792.89 useful life of 40-years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on said street improvements shall have commenced on October 4, 2004.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution supercedes Resolution No. 00249, File No. 00699, adopted March 15, 2005.
