Fiscal Note
The proposed ordinance change makes the existing temporary alcohol ban at Reynolds Park and the adjacent Well 24 property permanent. Temporary alcohol bans have been placed at Reynolds Park twice in the last couple of years and it has proven effective in reducing problematic behavior during the period of the ban. No significant costs are anticipated by this change. Signage will be absorbed within the Parks budget and is estimated at $200. No appropriation is required.
