Accepting bituminous pavement constructed by private contract in Prairie Point - Phase II, Private Contract No. 1839 (9th AD)

Body

WHEREAS, Attic Angel Prairie Point, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:

Samuel Drive from the northeast line of Lot 6 (existing street) to the south plat line.

Wood Violet Way from Samuel Drive to the west plat line.

Wild Indigo Lane from Samuel Drive/Wood Violet Intersection southerly to Samuel Drive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year guarantee on said bituminous pavement shall have commenced on June 30, 2005.  

Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1839 $51,712.00 useful life of 40 years.
