Amend the budget narrative regarding the "Transit for Jobs" program to add the following sentence: "The overall goal of the program is to link individuals and families to income security, which includes but is not limited to, employment seeking and retention, job training, educational and vocational supports, and disability or Social Security benefits, through the provision of Madison Metro transit assistance."
