WHEREAS, Gorman and Company, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.  

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

Dewberry Drive from Midtown Road to Tradition Avenue

Increase in street infrastrucutre value for Project No. 53B1745 $11,563.36 useful life of 40 years.
