Creating Sections 12.89(1)76., 77., and 78. of the Madison General Ordinances to designate heavy traffic routes on portions of American Parkway, East Park Boulevard, and Hanson Road.

DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: Per Wis. Stat. ยง 349.17, this ordinance will designate portions of American Parkway, Eastpark Boulevard, and Hanson Road as heavy traffic routes.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraphs 76., 77., and 78. of Subsection (1) of Section 12.89 entitled "Heavy Traffic Routes" of the Madison General Ordinances are created to read as follows:
"76. American Parkway from Eastpark Boulevard to Nelson Road.
77. Eastpark Boulevard from American Parkway to Portage Road.
78. Hanson Road from USH 51 to Eastpark Boulevard."
