WHEREAS, John Fontain, Inc., has satisfactorily completed the installation of street, terrace, and private lateral connection improvements by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 821-823 Williamson Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That said terrace, street, and private lateral connection improvements adjacent to 821-823 Williamson Street are hereby accepted.
