WHEREAS, on May 20, 2005, the developer, Hilldale Building Company, LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company, By:  JFA Management, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company, entered into a Development Agreement with the City of Madison, and,
 
WHEREAS, an amendment to the Specific Implementation Plan requires the installation of additional public improvements to accommodate the developers project.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 2 to the Development Agreement for 702 North Midvale Boulevard PUD (Hilldale Center), Contract No. 2029, Project No. 53B2029, with Hilldale Building Company, LLC, a Wisconsin Limited Liability Company, By:  JFA Management, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company.
