Body
WHEREAS, Premium Real Estate, LLC c/o Veridian Homes, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
Galileo Drive from the existing street northerly to the north line of Lot 191.
Vicksburg Road from Galileo Drive to the east plat line (existing street).
Portia Court from Vicksburg Road to the north end (sidewalk on one side only).
Public Alley in Outlot 13 from existing alley northerly.
Public Alley in Outlot 14 from existing alley to Vicksburg Road.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1971 $136,730.00 useful life of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee on this work shall have commenced on November 21, 2005.
