WHEREAS, Nesbitt Farms, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous pavement on the streets listed below by private contract in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bituminous pavement on the following streets be and is hereby accepted:
-Willowbrook Court from Ambleside Drive to the SW end.
-Country Glen Circle from Country Lane to the south end.
-Argyle Court from Country Lane to the south line of Lot 104.
-Ambleside Drive from Cross Country Road to the north plat line.
-Country Lane from Ambleside Drive to the west plat line.
-Avalon Lane from Ambleside Drive to the west plat line.
Increase in street infrastructure value for Project No. 53B1900 $47,340.00 useful of 40 years.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one year guarantee shall have commenced on December 22, 2006.
